How do I contact my customer about the order from my store admin panel?

Any incoming order from your store will be listed in the ‘Orders’ directory. Click on the intended order transaction, and it will show you a detailed order page with the customer’s/guest’s data, shipping and billing address, payment and shipping method he chose.

You can choose to ‘Contact Customer’ directly here by clicking the button on top of that page (via email) say if you need to send him a message regarding his order. You can also confirm payment has been received and shipping has been done here; when these both have been marked (learn about this here), automatically an order will be considered as ‘Closed’ (or you can close an order manually/by force by clicking ‘Close Order’ button on top of page).
