How do I confirm payment and shipping to my customers?

To confirm on payment by customer, you just need to click ‘Mark as Paid’ button from this page. Usually this needs to be done manually when you accepts payment via bank transfer or cash. If your store accepts payment via paypal or credit card from customer, and if there’s no problem with customer’s paypal or credit card account, payment status is automatically marked as ‘Paid’.
 
 

For confirmation on shipping to your customer, you also just needs to click on ‘Mark as Shipped’ button on the detailed order page. You can add a tracking number on the "Add Tracking Number" button, you get from the shipping company/courier service you use to notify your customer (noted down in the automatic email notification sent out)


 
When either/both Payment or/and Shipping been marked, our system helps you to send email notification to customer on your store’s behalf. This order management system allows you to keep organized record of your store and save your time in manually notifying them.
