Can I use and set Bank Transfer or other custom payment for my store?

Sure you can. We provide a ‘Custom Payment’ box in ‘Checkout & Payment” preference setting; you can fill in any necessary details by yourself for your store. Click on ‘Add Custom Payment’ button and write down the name and instruction for it.
 
 
For example, Name: “Bank Transfer”, Instruction: “Please transfer to Bank A with account number of xxx-xxx-xxx under account holder’s name of John Smith. Kindly confirm your transfer payment to mystore@email.com”
 
This instruction will appear on the Checkout page for customers to choose. If you have and accept more than 1 (one) custom payment, then your customers can also choose which one for their convenience.
 
 
 
Note: As custom payment method is not automatically integrated, store owner and customers might need to manually follow up or confirm to each other; therefore, put in details as clear as possible in the instruction box.
